    We are looking for a Purchasing Staff to join our family

    Responsibilities

    • Product procurement and negotiation with suppliers.
    • Restocking products on the website catalog with high efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ensure the information about the products such as price, stock adjustments, etc.
    • Maintaining relations with suppliers and negotiating the best terms and contracts.
    • Assistance to other departments with the productâs ETA, source out, and other necessary details.
    • Provide after-sales support and expertise in product issue handling.
    • Monitoring the shipments and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure goods are to be received on time.
    • Work with minimal supervision and complete tasks to agreed deadlines.
    • Communication and coordination with other team members.
    • Monitoring invoices and statements of accounts by coordinating with the Accounting Department.
    • Maintaining and building long-term customer and business relations.
    • Taking charge of customer queries and complaints to provide resolution.

    Qualifications

    • Preferably a graduate of any of the following and/or related courses:

    Business Administration

    Information Technology

    • Great research, organizational, and negotiation skills
    • Efficient in time management
    • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
    • Detail-minded, independent, and an ability to manage multi-tasks effectively
    • Proactive and responsible
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to offer excellent customer service
    • Fast learner
    • With or without work-related experience
    • On-site work
    • The applicant is preferred to be situated in Olongapo, Zambales, Bataan, and other nearby areas from Subic Bay.
    • Available to start ASAP

    Not required but is a plus:

    ⢠Knowledgeable on major gaming platforms (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android/iOS)
