- Coordinate all executive communications, including telephone calls, emails and client interactions in a professional manner.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners as required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries with attention to detail.
- Arrange events outside the workplace such as golf tournaments or staff appreciation events that promote company culture.
- Maintain an organized filing system of both paper-based and electronic documents securely stored on our servers. Uphold strict confidentiality standards at all times. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain professionalism among staff members while upholding rigorous levels of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications. Additional requirements include experience working within fast-paced business environments, previous exposure to project management tools like Asana or Trello would also be advantageous. -
