    Salary: 20,000- 25,000 per month

    Job Description:

    • Analyze and summarize payment compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate with other teams and agencies for documentation of billings and process flow.
    • Prepare cost analysis and cross check all billings of department
    • Monitoring of expenses and evaluation of billings.
    • Coordinate with other branches order and logistics.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of work-related issues, company records and information; Assures compliance with Non-Disclosure Agreement.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluates if the company receives the agreed purchase service with the best possible price and quality.
    • Give inputs on improvement and efficiency of the team.
    • Sell out monitoring before the day ends.
    • Above average in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
    • Can negotiate and talk to different level of people
    • Has a background in imported materials and 3rd party supplier

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Management/ Administration or equivalent
    • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in supply chain, logistics, integrated marketing, finance or equivalent
    • Analytic and logical
    • Knowledgeable in MS Office
    • Keen in details and with initiative
    • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig ASAP
    • Can start ASAP
