What you will do

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will be a technical expert on the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Play a key role in propelling business strategies by running project profitability analysis, analyzing financial implications, and providing financial recommendations to the management with the objective of improving long-term profitability.
• Work closely with all key stakeholders, including top management and various departments, to drive financial results.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and conduct forecasting and business planning.
• Create a dynamic financial dashboard to provide forward-looking insights using business intelligence tools.

You will be a great fit if you

• Have a bachelorâs degree in finance, accounting or economics, statistics or management information system.
• Have 3 years or more of work experience related to financial planning
• Background with Finance ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion).
• Must have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Have significant working experience in financial planning with a large multinational organization.
• Have knowledge of accounting, financial management, investment appraisal analysis, as well as familiarity with financial operations systems.
• Possess Business Intelligence tools and data analytics capabilities, which are highly desirable.
• Are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
