The SAP Business Partner Account To Report (ATR) position involves collaborating with the Digital Solutions team, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications and Programme Manager, and closely interacting with various teams such as GC Global SAP, Business Process Experts (BPEs), end users, contractors, and SAP partner.

Key responsibilities of a SAP Business Partner ATR:

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related queries from the business
• Liaise with SAP providers
• Participate in SAP design, build, and integration projects
• Ensure up-to-date SAP documentation and compliance
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP and BI applications
• Coordinate SAP initiatives, roll-outs, and support end users
• Execute SAP change requests and provide support
• Act as backup support for internal SAP teams when necessary

Requirements include:

• Work in Central Standard Time zone from 8 am to 6 pm
• Degree in ICT or equivalent
• 7-10 years of SAP configuration experience
• Proficiency in business processes in the dental industry and related areas
• Experience with various SAP modules, SAP S4HANA, and project management

Extra points if you have knowledge in:

• SAP Material Management and Sales & Distribution
• Experience with Functional Requirements Specifications and testing
• International work experience and SAP Activate methodology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English and Japanese languages
