    Overview: The Cash and AP Accounting Specialist has deep knowledge in general accounting able to perform the day to day accounts payable process and cash accounting process of the Company. They're also able to handle non-standard situation related to the assigned process.

    What you will be doing:

    • Responsible for the day-to-day APV processing and cash accounting
    • Creation of account schedule of specific accounts
    • Provide analysis on the assigned accounts
    • Provide inputs to BU regarding the proper accounting treatment of the assigned accounts
    • Drive efficiency and automation within the assigned processes

    What you need to succeed:

    • All transactions are booked on time the books are closed within the agreed SLA
    • Account schedules are available within the agreed SLA
    • Accurate analysis are provided for the assigned accounts
    • Processes are constantly being improved for efficiency

    What we are looking for:

    • BS Accountancy graduate and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
    • At least 2 years experience in general accounting; Able to display deep knowledge on general accounting.
    • Displays accuracy in handling the specific process.
    • Effective communicator in both oral and written.
    • Knowledge is SAP and MS office applications.
    • Agile enough to handle non-standard transactions.
    • Ability to work well under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
