    • Answering incoming calls from customers
    • Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
    • Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
    • Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
    Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed mannerQUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least HS (old curriculum) or SHS graduate
    • With 6 months BPO Experience
    • Willing to work in Cubao
    • Willing to Work on Site
    • Willing to work in shifting schedule
