- Leading L2/L3 incident response ensuring correct escalation timely resolution within SLA/OLA targets and clear communication with senior leadership during critical incidents.
- Validating incident reports conducting root cause analysis for major incidents M1/P1 producing clear actionable security reports recommendations.
