- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule appointments with sales representatives
- Accurately maintain appointment records, including times, venues, and client contact details

- Actively contribute to team meetings by sharing strategies, insights, and new approaches to improve performance

- Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar sales support role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals
