    PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATEThe key responsibilities of a Project Development Supervisor is to propose strategic projects in response to anyimprovements, optimization and growth opportunities, and to support the SBU Head by leading thedevelopment of selected projects.

    B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Implement robust programs for all projects, withappropriate change control processes. Regularlyreview and update project programs, and reportsignificant variances to the SBU Head.2. Responsible for driving project timelines andcosts.3. Utilize our project management, documentcontrol and MIS tools to control and report on projectprogress.6. Provide quantitative analytical support, strategicresearch and analysis for key project developmentdecisions7. Ensure all necessary measures are incorporatedin projects to minimize and mitigate any adverseimpact on the environment and local communities.8. On-Time submission of required reports.


    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelors Degree in Management Accounting, AccountancyTRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
    At least 3 years experience in Business Development Jobs gained from a real estate industrySKILLS:

    • Above average oral and written communication skills using the English and Cebuano language
    • Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
    • Proficient in computer applications and business machinesPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
    • Must work well with people across all levels and has a sense of cooperation and teamwork
    • Professional, has initiative and with integrity
    • Can work under stress and not cave into pressure

    Willing to travel across the PhilippinesTECHNICAL & ORGANIZATION:

    • Knowledge of Creative Suite 5 is preferred, Adobe InDesign and PhotoshopSalary: Php 30k to 35k
