    Position Overview:

    The Supply Chain Manager will lead the global Strategic Sourcing team. The primary responsibility is to manage an 11-member Strategic Sourcing Analyst team, with a strong emphasis on IT Sourcing, contract negotiation support, and achieving defined annual savings targets.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with deep expertise in Strategic Sourcing (particularly in IT categories), continuous improvement, analytics-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Lead an 11-member Strategic Sourcing Analyst team that directly supports U.S. Sourcing Managers across IT Sourcing, including software/SaaS, hardware, IT services, infrastructure, and telecom.
    • Oversee end-to-end sourcing activities—contract negotiations, RFP/RFQ execution, supplier assessments, negotiation strategy preparation, and commercial term validation
    • Drive achievement of annual cost savings, cost avoidance, and value-creation targets, ensuring accuracy of savings tracking and reporting.
    • Manage pipeline and workload across the team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to stakeholder priorities.
    • Ensure high-quality analytics: total cost models, benchmark analysis, supplier scoring, scenario analysis, and risk assessments
    • Strengthen team capability in contract terms (SLAs, pricing models, renewal structures, risk clauses) for effective negotiation support.
    • Partner with US-based Sourcing Managers to align strategies, improve processes, accelerate cycle times, and enhance sourcing effectiveness

    People Leadership & Management Responsibilities

    • Lead a diverse, multi-specialized team of 11+ professionals.
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, career development planning, and performance management.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration
    • Maintain strong working relationships with U.S.-based partners and global stakeholders.
    • Promote a data-driven culture with clear targets, dashboards, and measurable outcomes.

    Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

    • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent improvement initiatives across sourcing and operational support functions
    • Identify automation opportunities, process optimizations, and cycle-time reductions
    • Establish and refine KPIs for productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Drive adoption of analytics tools, procurement technologies, and workflow optimization

    Qualifications:

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
    • 5-7+ years supply chain experience including Strategic Sourcing.
    • Demonstrated experience in IT Sourcing, contract negotiations, and delivering savings targets.
    • Proven experience managing analysts or cross-functional teams.
    • Strong capability in data analysis, KPI management, dashboards, and performance measurement.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.

    Preferred

    • Familiarity with procurement platforms (Omnea, Ironclad, Scout, etc.).
    • Project management or PMO experience.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar tools.
