    Job Description:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on clients need and market understanding to expand our client base.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
    • Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in business development and account management
    • Preferably but not limited in eCommerce/logistic industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Amenable to work in Podium Ortigas Mandaluyong
