GA Certification, a well-established beauty and wellness company, is seeking an experienced Beauty Salon Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our salon. The Beauty Salon Manager will be responsible for managing a team of beauty professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the beauty industry, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of beauty professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques, and integrate them into the salon's offerings
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Manage salon finances, including budgeting, sales monitoring, and expense management
• Stay informed about competitors' activities and make recommendations to stay competitive
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager or a similar role
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Valid cosmetology or beauty therapy license is a plus
