    Join our dynamic Reconciliation Services team, where we ensure balance in Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Banking, Card Services, and Banking Operations.     Organization Overview

    As a Reconciliations Sr Specialist II in Reconciliation Services, you will be responsible for reconciling general ledger and IDDAs for line of business partners to ensure balance sheet integrity. You will collaborate with business partners and perform research to resolve all outstanding reconciling items. You will also support corporate and line of business projects that impact reconciliations and advise business partners on process design, operational accounting, and control improvement.

    Annually, Reconciliation Services' transactionvolumeexceeds 500 million items across 13,000 accounts. The business unit operates in Fort Worth, Texas Indianapolis, Indiana and Bengaluru, India.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Reconciles general ledger and IDDAs for line of business partners to ensure balance sheetintegrity
    • Collaborates with business partners and performs research to resolve all outstanding reconciling items
    • Escalates items exceeding standardsfor business partners to resolve and minimize operational losses
    • Promotes strong internal controls byproactively identifyingand communicating issues
    • Supports corporate and line of business projects that impact reconciliations
    • Ensures adherence to corporate accounting standards and risk policies
    • Advises business partners on process design, operational accounting and control improvement.
