Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling bookkeeping and tax return preparation tasks, as well as strong skills in Stripe or similar accounting software.The successful candidate will be responsible for entering supplier invoices into accounting, coding to jobs and maintaining an audit trail, payroll entry and bookkeeping in QuickBooks, month-end accruals and reconciling GL vs. job records, processing subcontractor payments and payroll for in-house crews, collecting matching analyzing job revenue expenses to determine true profitability,
