This role will involve assisting two supervisors in the preparation of website content and multimedia data, requiring a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Utilize advanced knowledge of rendering techniques to enhance visual content and graphics for various multimedia projects.
• Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to create captivating multimedia assets.
• Implement web scripts and manage content on SquareSpace platform to ensure a seamless user experience on our website.
• Maintain meticulous organization of files on servers, ensuring easy access and retrieval of multimedia assets for team members.
• Collaborate closely with executives to prepare website content, multimedia presentations, and marketing materials, meeting project deadlines and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Google Earth and video editing software to create engaging visual content for presentations and promotional materials.
• Utilize strong research skills to gather and compile online data for various research projects, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Media Management, Website Design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of rendering techniques and principles, with a portfolio showcasing previous work in multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and web scripting languages.
• Experience working with Squarespace or similar web development platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files on servers effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with supervisors and team members effectively.
• Familiarity with Google Earth and video editing software preferred.
• Proven ability to conduct online research and gather data efficiently.
