• At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate(Condominiums)
• With strong communication skills.
• Experienced in Fairs, Popups and other events/functions.
• Willing to start immediately.

• Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.
• Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events,email campaigns and promotional material).
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of thecompetitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
• Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of thepromotional materials.
