Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support for payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Process semi-monthly payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle government reports such as SSS, Pagibig, and Philhealth, such as monthly contribution and employee statutory benefits payments (loan payments), including monthly statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and files.
• Assist with payroll audits and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, or any related courses.
• Preferably with at least two 2 years' experience as payroll specialist or equivalent professional practice and be able to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Experienced in handling employees' semi-monthly payroll, monetary benefits payout and last pay processing.
• Expose in Handling government reports such as SSS, Pagibig, and Philhealth, such as monthly contribution and employee statutory benefits payments (loan payments), including monthly statutory deductions.
• Proficient in with various industry applications Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and others), HRIS, Timekeeping, Payroll & Accounting System (2-3yrs experience)

Salary Offer: 20-23k plus other company benefits.
