    Job title: Intermediate Sales Agent

    Position: Intermediate Role
    Work Type: Full-time
    Set-up: Onsite
    Schedule: Graveyard Shift
    Location: Eastwood, Libis, QC
    Salary: PHP 25,000-PHP 30,000 package + incentives

    An Intermediate Sales Agent is expected to do:
    . Outbound calling to a list of clients to discuss usage of products and services to increase the customers comfort level with the product, and increasing product use
    . Utilize a Consultative Selling Approach to position the client as a competitive advantage to prospective customers.
    . Resolving customer concerns, inquiries, and queries according to defined guidelines, processes, and metrics set for performance
    . Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly, and/or monthly performance targets.
    . Ensure all leads are actioned with the company's defined guidelines.
    . Deliver daily, and weekly reporting as required
    . Take full accountability for any follow-up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
    . Stay current with the industry trends and market conditions to position the client as a value-added provider.

    What it takes to be part of our team:
    . Working experience in sales - primarily outbound sales inbound sales experience of at least 1 year
    . Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry
    . Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential.
    . Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
    . Hardworking and trainable
    . Pleasing and outgoing personality.
    . Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule
