- College/University Graduate Preferably graduate of management, Psychology, Human Resources and Industrial Relations Administration or other related field.
- At least 6 years and above experience in HR, such as Senior Recruitment
- With experience in a fast pace industry / job hiring
- Experience in a construction industry is an advantage but not required
- Strong Communications skills (written and verbal)
- Responsible for the team that helps attracting, screening and selecting qualified candidates for jobs. Responsible also for orienting new employees and helping them assimilate into the company
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Effective people management skills
- Computer literate
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Must be highly trainable and exhibit the ability to do multitask
