- Generate client contract templates;
- Handle client contract renewal process, from data gathering to finalization of renewal notification letter;
- Circulate finalized agreements for internal signature;
- Assist in the review of non-standard clauses, including analysis of potential risks involved with specific contract terms;
- Coordinate with external legal counsel regarding contract clause amendments;
- Ensure timely delivery and qualitative review of contracts;
- Ownership of legal database;
- Ensure correct archiving and storage of documents;
- Collect feedback and interact with commercial team on contract clauses;
- Provide team support for reporting
- Control and monitor contracts documentation process to ensure timely and coordinated submission;
- Deliver other ad-hoc related tasks/projects as assigned by the Tax & Legal Manager and VP - Finance and Administration.
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Has excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Problem solving and decision making skills
