Job Description:
We are in search of a dependable and professional Company Driver who can also support field operations through light messengerial tasks and logistical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company manager, staff, and guests to various locations, including meetings, site visits, and field operations
- Assist the survey or field team with transportation and on-site mobility requirements
- Perform messengerial tasks such as delivering and collecting documents, packages, and supplies
- Ensure vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent running condition
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules (e.g., servicing, registration, repairs)
- Use navigation apps and local route knowledge to optimize travel time and avoid delays
- Prioritize safety, courtesy, and professionalism at all times
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a company driver or executive driver
- Familiar with navigation tools (Waze, Google Maps, etc.) Tanay and Metro or provincial traffic routes
- Basic understanding of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and willing to assist in light field support tasks when necessary
- With a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and out-of-town trips
