Roles & responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to promote academic excellence, innovation, and research across all departments and disciplines of Liberal Arts.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the universitys reputation, academic programs, and student experience.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to support academic and administrative functions effectively.
• Build strong partnerships with industry, government agencies, and other educational institutions to promote research collaborations, internships, and employment opportunities for students.
• Represent University in national and international forums, conferences, and academic networks.
  
  

Requirements

• A doctorate degree in Liberal Arts or any relevant field.
• 20+ years of work experience in the educational sector as a Vice Chancellor in University including 5+ years of international experience.
• Complete knowledge of the educational guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Excellent academic background
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
• Impressive multitasking skills
