Responsibilities:

• Will be focusing on a product-based company and not an outsourcing business company. Each engineer will be expected to take leadership to improve usability for global users.
• Understanding and improving of the products and their features.
• Integrating and scaling them to new markets, and perceiving and prioritizing user experience and needs.
• Each engineer will be expected to take leadership to improve usability for globa users.
• Responsible for developing and delivering software products to meet both functiona and technical requirements.
• The Web Application Engineer will also act as a mentor and coach to junior engineers to ensure continuous education, technical support, and guidance.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience with web application development
• Technologies needed or similar are (C#, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Node, Scala)
• Knowledge using Github
• Experience working with Cloud Platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
• Experience with Infra Engineering
• Knowledge of accounting services
• Agile development experience
• Hybrid setup (3-days) (Cebu-based only)
