Role Overview

• Every great marketing campaign has someone behind the scenes making sure the content actually gets created, polished, and published.
  
• As the Digital Marketing Production Assistant, you'll be the engine that turns marketing ideas into finished content. Working closely with the Content Strategy Manager, you'll transform webinars, interviews, blog posts, and presentations into engaging assets ready for social media, websites, and marketing platforms.
  
• From creating graphics in Canva to repurposing content with AI tools and publishing across platforms, you'll help keep the marketing machine running smoothly. If you enjoy combining creativity, organization, and digital tools to bring content to life, this role will keep you right in your element.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Repurpose marketing content into multiple formats (social media posts, blogs, short videos, email copy).
  
• Create marketing graphics and visual assets using templates and brand guidelines.
  
• Produce social media visuals, thumbnails, and simple marketing designs.
  
• Upload and publish content across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, HubSpot, and website CMS.
  
• Format blog posts, landing pages, and marketing documents.
  
• Ensure posts include accurate captions, hashtags, and metadata.
  
• Support marketing production requests including event decks, flyers, and graphics.
  
• Maintain organized marketing asset folders and content libraries.
  
• Update trackers, task boards, and production workflows.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

• Around 2 years of experience in marketing, content production, or digital marketing.
  
• Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, or video editing platforms.
  
• Familiarity with social media publishing and content formatting.
  
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  
• Strong written English communication skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting content marketing or social media marketing teams.
  
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpoT.
