Job Summary

The Litigation Specialist is responsible in coordinating and conducting follow-ups with courts, tribunals, government agencies and external counsels to monitor the progress and developments of the ITL accounts within his/her assigned area.

Job Description

• Prepares and submits an ITL Report in the prescribed format (NITREP) showing the status, developments and other significant details
• Does fieldwork and court visitation as necessary or as may be required by the management
• Prepares and processes requests for payment and liquidation of filing fees and other litigation related expenses in accordance with the existing company policies and procedures
• Prepares and facilitates requests/endorsements for posting of bonds, service of summons, implementation of writs and other concerns relating to ITL
• Performs all other related functions as may be assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications

• Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Social Science, English studies or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of work experience
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details
• Knowledgeable in Legal processes
• Must be willing to report daily onsite
