Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers

Resolving customer inquiries/requests

Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

What are we looking for?

At High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)

With 12 months BPO Customer Service, or Relevant Collection or property management experience (NON-BPO)

With Excellent Communication Skills
