    Job Purpose

    The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing all technology systems, digital infrastructure, and integrations that powers a branch/unit. This includes management of POS, access control, ticketing, cashless payments, loyalty systems, and asset integrations. The role ensures all systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and optimized to support seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency. The IT Systems Administrator collaborates closely with operations, finance, and technical teams, as well as external vendors and system integrators, to design, implement, and maintain the unit's IT ecosystem in alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

    Job Scope

    1.Systems Management & Operations

    • Manage all IT systems across the center including POS, CRM, ERP, access control, RFIDs, online booking, loyalty app and ticketing platforms
    • Ensure integration of middleware with operating system (cashless and ticketing), asset systems and other third-party platforms
    • Oversee network infrastructure, servers, storage, and cloud-based systems to guarantee uptime and scalability
    • Oversight of all IT assets of the business

    2. Integration & Vendor Management

    • Coordinate with vendors to implement and troubleshoot integrations
    • Maintain compliance with technical requirements from ride manufacturers (e.g., safety, throughput monitoring, access validation)

    3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

    • Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to safeguard customer data, payment systems, and operational platforms
    • Ensure compliance with local data privacy laws and PCI-DSS standards
    • Regularly test backup and disaster recovery processes

    4. Operations Support

    • Provide day-to-day IT support for front-of-house and back-office operations
    • Train staff on usage of IT systems including POS, RFID cashless, ticketing, and reporting dashboards
    • Develop SOPs for IT-related operations (incident response, troubleshooting, access rights)

    5. Strategic Development

    • Lead the continuous improvement of IT systems to enhance guest journey, including digital ticketing, mobile apps, and real-time analytics
    • Recommend and implement new technologies aligned with business objectives

    6. Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure technical compliance with partner providers regarding safety integrations, throughput tracking, and operational monitoring
    • Support insurance requirements by documenting and implementing IT safety protocols (ride data logging, CCTV, incident reporting)

    7. Other

    • IT Systems Administrator is expected to demonstrate flexibility, taking on cross-functional responsibilities beyond IT as needed, ensuring flexibility and hands-on participation in all aspects of the business to create a unique and top-tier business
