    Job Description :

    As Vice President in Middle Office, you will be responsible in leading a team of trade and reconciliation specialists, ensuring day-to-day operational targets are met with utmost quality, and leading projects on digital solutions, while also bringing forth process innovation to improve efficiency and experience within the International Middle Office Services space.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of trade & reconciliation specialists - promoting an inclusive environment, providing coaching and monitoring performance based on clear objectives, goals and targets
    • Manage and ensure application of controls across end-to-end post trade execution functions and various asset types - from instruction capture to matching, settlements and reconciliation.
    • Perform balance and transactional reconciliation of client records against street (custody / transfer agency/ brokers) from providing root cause analysis to resolving exceptions
    • Develop partnerships across global teams: Client facing teams to create long term solutions for client issues Broker/custodians and other relevant parties to ensure timely matching and instruction settlement and Technology to create strategic and robust systems to support the business.
    • Manage new business initiatives from clients to support the business expansion opportunities
    • Lead and support global and local projects on digital solutions, system enhancements, and market rule changes

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

    • Minimum 7 years' experience supportingfinancial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivatives, Money Market, Cash Products, with solid expertise in trade lifecycle process
    • Minimum 4 years People Managerexperience, with at least the most recent 3 years at Head of Operations or VP capacity. Demonstrated leadership abilities and team oriented individual with strong people management skills
    • Work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with cross functional teams Self-starter who works in a fast paced, results driven environment with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
    • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proactively identify risks and escalate issues, undertaking the investigation required with the goal of resolving issues
    • Exercise strong analytical and problem solving skills with the initiative to drive change and enhance controls
    • Thrive in a changing work environment
    • Possesses good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Amenable to working onsite in Bonifacio Global City, following core day to mid-day schedule

    Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

    • Experience in automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Xceptor, Instabase, an advantage
