- Applies knowledge of relevant HR based theory, principles and/or employment legislation to basic administration tasks.
- Uses and applies own firm's Human Resource Information Systems to enter data, source information, extract data and administer processes.
- Identifies, describes and explains own firm's HR policies, procedures and processes (relevant to own area of activity).
- Understands KPMG and own firm's privacy policies and maintains appropriate controls over access to, use and maintenance of personal data.
- Learns about the issues affecting HR as a result of working within an independent public accounting firm.
- Helps develop, plan, organize, execute and evaluate employee engagement activities.
- Maintain various files and records of information such as budget, correspondence, activity,and reports.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of PPC and Senior Manager of PPC.
- Follows the Firm's administrative policies and practices; plans, organizes, performs work and completes assignments on a timely basis and in a form suitable for review.
- Provides clients with quality service; respects and maintains the confidentiality of all matters relative to the Firm and its clients.
- Manages relationship with internal clients. Implements an agreed client relationship management program
- Exhibits a passion for hard and smart work. Clearly defines problems and recommends appropriate corrective measures.
