**Program Officer (Fieldwork)**

Job Summary:

The Program Officer plays a critical role in implementing KMBI's microfinance program, overseeing its operation in assigned areas. Key responsibilities include organizing and establishing centers, developing center leaders, processing, monitoring, recording, and evaluating client loans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or equivalent.
• Vocational training or K-12 education also considered.
• Strong interpersonal and rule-based skills.
• Ability to facilitate group meetings.
• Experience in credit and collection management is an asset but not required.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork is essential.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary:** 80,000 - 120,000 PHP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
