Job summary
This job is responsible for developing upskilling strategies and overseeing the team's programs and activities to ensure Consumer Bank employees are upskilled and reskilled based on corporate values objectives and specified training directions.- Develop upskilling strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with different team heads to identify skills requirements.
- Collaborate with different units in the Bank for effective and efficient implementation of programs to meet business objectives.
