Job summary
This is a hybrid work setup where you will be working as a Junior Operations Manager at eFlexervices. The role involves supporting the Operations Manager by focusing on People Management, Performance Management and Productivity Management.We are looking for someone with experience in supervision or team lead roles in BPO handling US-based accounts.
- Must have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a BPO handling US-based accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
