Job Description

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience

• 3-5 years of management accounting experience
• Proven experience leading or supervising finance teams
• Hands-on exposure to multi-entity reporting and consolidation

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Newly qualified, part-qualified, or currently pursuing ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills (handling large, multi-entity datasets, pivot tables, reporting models)
• Xero proficiency (or similar accounting systems) - required
• Strong understanding of consolidations, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
• Excellent English communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

Management Reporting & Consolidation

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts for multiple entities
• Produce consolidated financial reports and management packs
• Maintain data integrity across all reporting structures

Financial Monitoring & Analysis

• Monitor budgets, costs, and performance drivers
• Analyse trends, identify risks, and highlight improvement opportunities
• Deliver actionable financial insights to stakeholders

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support entity-level budget preparation and forecasting
• Assist in consolidated group planning

Business Partnering

• Communicate KPIs and financial insights clearly to stakeholders
• Provide financial support to operational leaders

Cash Flow & Controls

• Monitor and report cash flow across entities
• Strengthen financial controls and documentation processes
• Ensure accurate intercompany reporting and reconciliations

Continuous Improvement

• Identify automation and reporting efficiency opportunities
• Improve financial processes and data accuracy

People Leadership

• Lead and motivate finance team members
• Manage workload distribution and performance deadlines
• Support team development and capability growth
