    The Compensation and Benefits Officer will provide support in terms of payroll and benefits administration, records management, new employee onboarding, reports submission, and employee support.

    Key Areas of Responsibilities:

    • Payroll Administration: Validates timekeeping data, prepares and validates payroll summary data and new hires information
    • Benefits Administration: Processes loan applications of employees and remittances and loan payments, Heath and Life insurance, uniform benefits and monitors clinic supplies.
    • Clearance and Final Pay Processing: Coordinates with the resigning employee, line manager and other departments on the completion of E-clearance, ensures release of final pay for employees with completed clearance and with quitclaim.
    • Records Management: Maintains 201 file of employees and facilitates processing of change of status thru BIR tax update and ensures that HR records are updated.
    • Employee Support: Serves as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs and request for Certificate of Employment.
    • Employee Onboarding: Facilitates orientation session for new hires
    • Reports Submission: Sends to Department Heads the attendance record of their employees for reference and provides attendance reports as requested.

    Position Qualifications:

    • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, HR or Accounting
    • At least three (3) years related experience
    • Keen to details and can analyze reports
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Pro-active and Results-oriented

    Skills & Competencies

    • Knowledge in taxation (BIR)
    • Knowledge in government mandated benefits
    • Wage Order computation
    • Knowledge in Labor Law
    • Knowledge in Pay Administration
    • Very good data management and Integrity
