- Payroll Administration: Validates timekeeping data, prepares and validates payroll summary data and new hires information
- Benefits Administration: Processes loan applications of employees and remittances and loan payments, Heath and Life insurance, uniform benefits and monitors clinic supplies.
- Clearance and Final Pay Processing: Coordinates with the resigning employee, line manager and other departments on the completion of E-clearance, ensures release of final pay for employees with completed clearance and with quitclaim.
- Records Management: Maintains 201 file of employees and facilitates processing of change of status thru BIR tax update and ensures that HR records are updated.
- Employee Support: Serves as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs and request for Certificate of Employment.
- Employee Onboarding: Facilitates orientation session for new hires
- Reports Submission: Sends to Department Heads the attendance record of their employees for reference and provides attendance reports as requested.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, HR or Accounting
- At least three (3) years related experience
- Keen to details and can analyze reports
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pro-active and Results-oriented
- Knowledge in taxation (BIR)
- Knowledge in government mandated benefits
- Wage Order computation
- Knowledge in Labor Law
- Knowledge in Pay Administration
