- Bachelors Degree in any field;
- BCM and/or Safety Officer certification is a plus;
- At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management/ Business Continuity/Incident Management/ Disaster Recovery Planning / Risk
- Management in a BPO or Shared Services environment; should have experienced implementing a business continuity plan.
- Knowledge and understanding of international BCM standards such as DRI or ISO.
- Knowledge on Data Information Protection and understanding and
- experience with the requirements of the Data Protection Act of the Philippines.
- Experience in managing ISO Standards and Audit Qualifications is a plus
- Effective planning and management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills.
- Effective training and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working and communicating with team members of all levels including senior management and executives.
