    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To conceptualize, compose, design and create Static Graphic Key Visuals and Motion Videos for all consumer products (focus – NB).
    • Static Graphics (80%) such as and not limited to:

    - Digital Assets: Social Media Posts KV / Web banners KV / Flyers / Brochures / Posters /

    Billboards (OOH) /Print Media /LED Graphics

    • Motion Video Graphics (20%) such as and not limited to:

    - GIF's / Short VDO contents / Launch highlight VDO

    • Understand the products & Spec, product messages as well as the communication strategies to provide the design solutions to target audience in timely manner working closely with MKT team.
    • Understand the communication principles , KSP/FAB,) brainstorm & discuss with respective marketers & other designers to optimize the outcome to provide the best possible design for every project.
    • Know the brand guidelines and vendor funding rules to provide the 100% compliant design with minimum revise request. Attend the brand / vendor guideline workshop/seminar to be always updated.
    • Understand the business focus as well as task priorities. Update & manage the day-to-day tasks to another team members & MM by using Trello.
    • To constantly monitor competitor's design and key visuals for an effective marketing approach.
    • To efficiently set up and coordinate video shoots between talents, models/influencers, and interviewers.
    • To be able to attend and support product launches and other MKT events if necessary.
    • To be able to demonstrate good working conduct /professional attitude and abide by office policies for a comfortable and effective working environment

    What You'll Bring:

    Technical Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in multimedia studies, design, communication or related field.
    • Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
    • Web Design: Familiarity with responsive digital design for various formats (e.g., social media, banners)
    • Video Editing skill is a plus: Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

    Language Skills:

    • Advanced English: Strong written skills to translate and adapt content for English-speaking audiences

    • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on editing, proofreading, and visual accuracy
    • Teamwork: Comfortable collaborating across departments
