The Collections Associate is responsible in executing collections activities for past due accounts and achieving the given target per month.Responsibilities
- Handles accounts from 16-60 days past due
- Negotiating payment terms
- Monitoring and maintaining payment records
- Following up clients for overdue payments
- Updating the clients remarks based on the discussed agreement
