    1. Core Mission

    To act as the "CEO" of the [Target Country] entity, taking full ownership of the

    Profit & Loss (P&L). Your primary directive is to capture the our target markets

    besides Fintech/Banking and drive aggressive revenue growth, but you are also

    responsible for operational compliance, team structure, and establishing our

    brand as the leader in Conversational AI.

    2. Key Roles & Responsibilities (R/R)

    A. Strategic Management & P&L Ownership (The "CEO Mindset")


    • P&L Responsibility: You are fully accountable for the country's financial

    health—managing the budget, controlling burn rate, and delivering on the

    revenue targets that contribute to the global goal.


    • Market Strategy: Define the long-term vision for the country. Analyze

    local market trends, regulatory shifts in Banking/Fintech, and competitor

    movements (specifically counter-tactics against price wars from rivals ) to

    adjust our strategy in real-time.


    • Legal & Compliance: Ensure all business operations, contracts, and data

    handling (especially regarding banking clients) comply with local laws and

    regulations.

    B. Commercial Leadership (70% Focus)


    • Revenue Engine: You are the ultimate closer. You will personally lead

    high-stakes negotiations with C-level executives at major banks and

    financial institutions.


    • Partnership Ecosystem: Build and maintain relationships with key

    channel partners, system integrators, and local tech associations to

    amplify our reach.


    • Sales Hygiene: Enforce rigorous pipeline management and forecasting

    accuracy. You are responsible for the "Speed" in our sales cycle.

    C. Team Building & "AI-Native" Culture
    • Recruitment: Hire and structure a high-performing local team, including

    Sales, Pre-sales, and Customer Success.


    • Culture Implementation: Instill the company's core values: Speed,

    Ownership, and Passion for AI.


    • AI-First Operations: You will not build a "heavy" traditional operation.

    You must champion the use of AI tools to keep the team lean and efficient

    (e.g., using LLMs for lead scoring, automated reporting, and customer

    analysis).

    D. Product-Market Fit & Feedback


    • Bridge to HQ: You are the voice of the local market. Provide structured

    feedback to the Product/AI team on how our "Inbound" and

    "Conversational AI" products need to adapt to local languages and

    banking protocols.


    • Beta Testing: Lead the local execution of new product tests, ensuring the

    sales team actively validates new features before full commercial rollout.

    3. Requirements & Qualifications


    • Experience: 10+ years in the Technology/SaaS sector, with at least 3-5

    years in a leadership role (Country Manager, GM, or Head of Sales) within

    Fintech or Banking Software etc.


    • Network: An established Rolodex of C-level contacts in the local [Target

    Country] banking and financial services industry.


    • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience scaling a business from 0 to 1 or 1 to

    10. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats (Sales, HR, Ops) when

    necessary.


    • Tech-Savvy: You understand the technical nuances of LLMs and

    Generative AI well enough to explain their business value to non

    technical banking executives.


    • Language: Native fluency in [Local Language] and business-level fluency

    in English.

    4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Total Revenue: Achievement of the annual/quarterly Country Revenue Target.


    • Profitability: Managing local operational costs to ensure healthy margins.


    • Market Share: Number of Tier-1 Banking logos acquired.


    • Team Efficiency: Revenue per employee (driven by AI adoption and lean

    operations).
