Job summary
The Finance Shared Service Center comprises various Finance functions that support Vestas globally.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and leadership for a team size of 10-12 staff handling Finance operations. Act as a point of contact for any escalated issues when needed
- Conduct regular coaching / 1-1 sessions to improve the individual performance of the team member and to develop them
- Boost performance evaluation by evaluating key metrics and guaranteeing that established benchmarks and SLAs are reached. Address operational issues and initiate ideas to improve current performance. Lead and facilitate operational review meetings with stakeholders to discuss action plans and next steps
- Ensure that the team meets the requirements of the Law and the requirements of the auditors according to the recorded materials and internal controls instructed by Vestas compliance policies

and recommend ways to reduce process variations across regions.
