Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Design and architect complex scalable systems that address the unique needs of banking clients Evaluate and select appropriate technologies tools and frameworks to meet project objectives Ensure the integration of various components and the overall cohesiveness of the solution Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Continuously stay informed of industry trends advancements to drive innovation What we're looking for Significant experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical leadership role preferably within the banking industry Extensive knowledge of banking processes regulations technology trends Proficiency in designing implementing complex enterprise-grade systems using a variety of technologies platforms Strong problem-solving critical thinking skills to navigate complex technical challenges Excellent communication collaboration abilities work effectively with cross-functional teams Commitment staying up-to-date latest advancements field information technology
Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical leadership role preferably within the banking industry.
