Paglalarawan

The position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, budget and forecasting, accounts reconciliation, variance analysis, financial reporting and compliance

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle accounting processes including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, tax filings and compliance
Developing and implementing accounting policies in accordance with acceptable standards
Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Prepare month-end reports including basic financial statements: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances
Suggest thoughtful, scalable approaches to reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving margins
Conduct profit and loss analysis
Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
Excellent communication skills and proficient in both spoken and written English
Wiling to work 100% onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
