Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bulacan for an Operations Superintendent. The Operations Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of supervisors and staff, ensuring efficient operations, managing budgets, and providing training and support to employees.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Operations Management, and Budgeting skills
• Experience in mining/quarry operations is preferred.
• Training and development skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Business Management, or related field
