    Position:
    Sales Account Manager

    Number of hours: 20 hrs/week


    Schedule:

    SGT

    Tasks required:
    Communicate directly with the customers via inbound and outbound sales and customer support emails
    Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
    Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
    Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
    Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
    Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
    Report on the status of accounts and transactions
    Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
    Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
    Generate and source out leads through LinkedIn and other channels
    Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned


    Requirements:
    At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
    Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
    Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
    Experience working with B2B clients
    Prior experience in generating leads and using lead generation platforms
    Background working with clients in the IT consulting niche or IT Industry is a huge advantage. Preferably clients based in Singapore
    Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
    Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
    Understanding of sales performance metrics
    Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written
    Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
