- Conduct onboarding training for new FTEs and ad-hoc training sessions and projects as needed.
- Develop and update training modules to reflect the latest operational practices and procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks related to training, including scheduling, preparation, and utilizing communication tools like Seatalk for engagement.
- Participate in meetings and calibrations to stay updated on operational standards and expectations.
- A degree in Education or Psychology is preferred.
- Experience in training and development, especially within a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
