Job summary
The FP&A Analyst will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial planning forecasting and financial models This role partners closely with management and cross-functional teams to analyze business performance identify trends and provide actionable insights through robust financial modeling reporting Key Responsibilities Develop maintain finacial models for budgeting forecasting scenario analysis long-range planning Prepare monthly quarterly annual forecasts budgets Analyze P L balance sheet cash flow performance versus budget forecast Provide variance analysis clear explanations business insights Build sensitivity what-if models support strategic initiatives investments Support management reporting dashboards executive presentations Partner department heads track KPIs cost drivers Assist pricing profitability ROI analysis Improve FP A processes models reporting efficiency Support ad-hoc financial analysis requested leadership Qualifications Bachelor degree Finance Accounting Economics related field Experience FP A corporate finance finanical analysis Strong finacial modeling skills statement models forecasts scenario models Advanced proficiency Microsoft Excel PivotTables lookups formulas VBA plus Experience ERP systems SAP Oracle NetSuite etc Strong analytical communication stakeholder-management skills Preferred Qualifications CPA CFA MBA Experience BI tools Power BI Tableau Looker Exposure multi-entity global operations Key Competencies Financial modeling forecasting Strategic thinking business partnering Attention detail big-picture perspective Ability work tight deadlines Clear finanancial storytelling non-finance stakeholdersPaglalarawan ng trabaho
