Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other financial documents.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provides accurate and timely monthly financial statements for the Parent Company based on Philippine
Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) Update the Accounts Receivable summary.
- Prepares consolidated financial statements based on PFRS.
- Facilitates preparation/submission of the financial statements of subsidiaries and affiliates to ensure timely consolidation of financial statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Reviews the monthly, quarterly, annual tax returns and required attachments for accuracy and completeness.
- Leads the coordination with External Auditors
. - Reviews remit the requirement of Vat or other taxes required.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
Internal Control and Compliance
- Develops reports as required by regulatory government entities.
- Guarantees timely filing and payment of the tax returns.
- Ensure timely submission of reports/remittance of obligations to all government entities (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, NSO, DOE and ERC)
- Processes and remits all LGU/government requirements.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
