- Respond to questions and problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Provide Tier 1 support to fix issues.
- Escalate questions and issues to System Administrators and Emerson IT as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related courses.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting software.
- Ability to break down processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role is a plus.
