Job summary
The primary purpose of this role is to produce high-quality Claims work through prompt and professional contact with customers and brokers. Manage and assess high frequency simple/low value claims through effective investigation reserving adjustment of claims incurred by insuredsResponsibilities
- Process claims document index to appropriate claims files in the system.
- Responsible for FNOL new claim files creation registration in the system including policy verification/upload of policy documents determination of appropriate coverage.
- Ensures loss reserves set maintained timely updates of claims data into systems ensuring correctness systems file records
