Job description
- Reconcile accounts as necessary to maintain accuracy
- Recording incoming and outgoing transactions and allocate them to the appropriate accounts
- Generate a variety of financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of business activity and incoming activity statements
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date ledger entries
- Prepare financial reports by collection, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of tax payments
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
- With at least 2 years experience in similar role
- Proficient in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Must possess exceptional attention to details
- Organized
- Good verbal and written communication skills
